However, the hotel struggled to accommodate guests, leading to extended waits for dinner. The elevators were small and slow, often crowded, which was frustrating. Additionally, the constant upselling of resort credits was overwhelming, detracting from the overall experience.

Our experience was a nightmare from the start. The hotel miscommunicated about our spa credits, leading to a shocking bill during check-out. The room was dusty and had a foul stench, and we had to change rooms due to yellow particles oozing from the Jacuzzi. It felt like we had to fight for basic requests and services. This was not the relaxing vacation we had envisioned!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing pools and the delicious food at the hotel. The Kid's Club provided a safe and fun space for my children to play, giving us some much-needed relaxation time. The beach was stunning and perfect for family activities.

My kids wished there were more staff in the Kid's Club during peak hours.

The spacious family room provided a comfortable terrace that our family enjoyed. The kids pool with a toboggan was a hit, especially for our 4-year-old who loved the activities in the kids room. The beach scene was stunning with its white sand and blue ocean, offering plenty of space to relax.

The poolside chairs were often unavailable, which was inconvenient.

I had an amazing experience with delicious food, especially at the SkyBar with those onion rings, and 24-hour room service was a lifesaver for early excursions! Would definitely come back!

While the food scene shined, the snack options were scarce between meals, and the decor felt a tad tired. Plus, watch out for the timeshare pitch that pops up like a piñata!

Our family had an incredible 3-night stay! The staff treated us like royalty, especially during breakfast at the Asian restaurant where the omelet lady shared a sweet smile. The pool area was vibrant, perfect for our kids to play. I recommend an upper-level room to minimize noise!
